Zest for Life’s online leadership development programme is delivered through three pathways, each consisting of 6× 90-minute Zoom sessions led by our founder Sally Prescott. Participants can select from the three development pathways or attend the full programme. Each session has been carefully designed to be accessible and achievable for people with busy diaries, and at a price that’s affordable for SMEs.

Pathway 2: Your Customer and Your Team
How leadership behaviours influence customer and team outcomes
Learn how to create exceptional customer experiences, respond to individual needs, build engaged and motivated teams, bring organisational values to life, support wellbeing, understand generational differences, and communicate in ways that achieve the desired impact.
All sessions take place on Zoom from 9.30-11am.

Pathway 3: Keeping on Track and Being Exceptional
The skills to sustain high performance
Topics include giving and receiving effective feedback, building trust, coaching and supporting team members, delegation, self-management, weekly planning, motivation, recognition, and creating an environment where people can succeed.
All sessions take place on Zoom from 9.30-11am.

We prefer interaction, not distraction! Each workshop is for a maximum of 8 people to allow everyone to contribute and have their voice heard.

Yes. Please complete a separate booking form for each person.

Sessions will be recorded and a link shared with participant, so you can catch up in your own time.

A Zoom link will be sent to you by email once you have booked and paid for your place.
You will also receive a digital worksheet for each 90-minute session, designed to capture your learning and plan your development to become an exceptional leader.
You can either print this out prior to the session or complete it online.
